Today newt opted out of a walk and instead wants to walk around and sniff the yard while I look at him. He pauses every five minutes to stare at me like this to make sure I’m continuing to observe him

I goofed up the forehead on this one when I was clear coating it, so I decided to try and make it a tabby to cover it up. It was surprisingly easy to customize with just some poscas and colored pencils!

Anyways me and my partner are gonna go to an art museum today to get that bad taste out of my mouth, and maybe this weekend I’ll make some art that I intend to never sell and post it for people to appreciate instead of purchase
Wasn’t a product I could purchase. If I do a search I still get some non-product images, but for the most part Pinterest has now dialed into the ads they can dangle in front of me to trick me into clicking, so it’s all I get. It’s exhausting. I just want to look at art and be inspired to make art 😪
So I’ve been using Pinterest more for references since I could actually get some photos of antique toys and stuff that weren’t just the couple that happened to be on eBay, but then a couple days ago I looked a little closer at everything in my feed and I literally could not find a single post that
Google image results are 100% shopping now (I was looking for mausoleum references the other day and all the Google image results were the same one mausoleum because it was the only one that you could actually buy online for some reason 🥴)
I really hope in person events stay strong bc I’d love to get off social media and do more selling in person. Like everyone else these days I really miss when the Internet was optimized for what people actually wanted to use it for instead of just Profit 🫠

Anyone else have tools that turn invisible if they’re at the wrong angle? I was looking EVERYWHERE for these things and here they were, exactly where they go, where I looked multiple times, but turned slightly the wrong way 🤦♀️
