Problem here will be if Page doesn't go over. THAT will wind up overwhelming everything else in fan's eyes.
Definitely two things can be true. AEW copyrighted WatchAEW 6 months or so ago, so they've been thinking about this before Paramount.
Before that, AEW cut off (without VPN) to TrillerTV for US fans. Gotta wonder if AEW was getting paid in full by that point, and if Khan started thinking then.
Was surprised at that. It's not one of the FCC "seven words" (which cable isn't bound by).
Seemed obvious this was the case. There had been talk of this as long as 3 years ago, which heated up with TrillerTV financial issues, and AEW trademarking WatchAEW not that far back.

Be patient and give it some time. This is undoubtedly a soft opening of the app.
So...they're establishing a new streaming service (so they don't have to worry about TrillerTV going under the week before ALL IN or something). They'll have at least 11,000 at Revolution, and a great advance for DON.

They'd have to have it done to protect HBOMax and other partners. Looks to me like a potential replacement for TrillerTV.

It's outside US and Canada..if I didn't know better I'd think it was a Triller replacement.
