This is a flat out lie by Elon. Ashley St. Clair only said she apologized for her anti trans rhetoric and regretted it. Elon took that at "she's going to trans a 1 year old" that he was fighting paternity of last year. He's punishing her for simply apologizing to trans people and lying about it.

Utah commissioned it's department of health to do a systematic review of gender affirming care for trans youth. In a 1000 page plus report found it was beneficial and the evidence was substantial. The lawmakers rejected it anyways.
