- Gestational age is not the same as maturity
- Different rates of LtFU across countries looking at neurodevelopment
- Different management, same outcome.

- We need better and stronger collaboration (paediatric surgery and neonatologists share the same population)
- Variation in surgical practice exists between & within UK 26 surgical NICUs

#Midwives Professor Veronica Kinsler gave a brilliant presentation on birthmarks that we need to know when doing a full newborn examination. This slide has the key points for "Vascular Birthmarks" #NeonatalUpdate
