No pattern, it was a relatively easy construction. I enjoyed playing with yarn textures and colours. The fluffiness might not be anatomically correct but it is very enjoyable!

A five corner rainbow granny square #crochet blanket is spread on a Bluey doona. On of the corners has been modified to become a hood, with two big round eyes, a few teeth and ears made of pompoms. There are also pompoms on the body of the blanket. It has been spread on a bed to look like a lion or bear pelt.

No pattern: the base is a simple 5 point granny square. I folded a corner to build the hood and ta da!

It’s easy to judge, and we should, but we need to bear in mind that Australia has sent children to offshore detention with no better pretext than the ICE fascists. There’s something inherently cruel about anti-immigration rhetoric, behaviour & actions wherever you go. #auspol

This is an excellent analogy, because my recollection from grade school is that the pen on the right looks fun and exciting, and then you play with it for a few minutes and realize it's not actually useful for anything and in fact makes some tasks more cumbersome, and never think about it again.
