Six years ago today, 26-year-old Breonna Taylor was shot six times and killed by police officers who forced entry into her Louisville, KY apartment. Her death sparked nationwide outrage and calls for an end to police brutality and gun violence against Black people. #SayHerName #BlackLivesMatter

Briefing: Concerns Regarding Palantir Technologies and NHS Data Systems - Medact This briefing document outlines the key concerns regarding the involvement of Palantir Technologies in NHS data infrastructure and operations, including via their delivery of the FDP.

Today, a group of health charities, human rights organisations and unions have written to every hospital in the country. We’re asking hospital leaders to stand up to NHS England and say no to Palantir.

Here’s the briefing:

Ms Rachel has shifted from advocating for children killed by bombs that our taxes pay for, to advocating for children that our government is imprisoning without cause, which our taxes also pay for.
This isn’t what a kid’s entertainer should feel the need to do, but since we’re here, more ppl should.

Anti-Trans Health Secretary & Labour leadership hopeful Wes Streeting claims his segregation of trans people in the NHS are to β€œprotect (cis) women”.

Yet he brought Palantir into the NHS, something that its CEO has now admitted will specifically harm cis women.

Streeting and Palantir must go.

Palantir should be nowhere near ... well, anything.

They should be dumped faster than toxic waste.

Unlike Westminster, Scotland's Government refused to do a deal giving Palantir access to our NHS, but the data-thirsty company has shocking power globally, and is run by the worst of people.

Duffield is an utter disgrace. She has destroyed her career by railing against something that is so far outside of her capabilities to understand, it actually cripples her.

She will lose her seat, but she should be thrown out of parliament well before that for inciting hatred and harm.

Green Party Trade Union Group Statement on Unite Affiliation Decision

The decision by Unite to cut its financial affiliation to the Labour Party reflects a deep and growing frustration among working people who feel abandoned by a party that was founded to represent them.

From the treatment of Birmingham bin workers to uncertainty facing energy workers and the ongoing undervaluing of public sector staff, Labour’s response to the challenges in 2026 facing working people is too often out of touch, managerial and disconnected from the reality of workers’ lives.

Trade unionists are right to demand better.

Across the country, working people are facing a cost of living crisis, insecure work and a hollowed out industrial base. We need political leadership that stands clearly and unapologetically on the side of workers.

Workers also need a serious plan for the future of jobs and industry. The transition away from fossil fuels must not be used as an excuse to abandon workers. Instead, it must be a planned and properly funded just transition that guarantees new, secure unionised jobs and empowers workers, bringing pride and economic regeneration to communities.

That is why increasing numbers of trade unionists are looking to the Green Party.

The Greens support the right to strike, strong collective bargaining, higher pay, secure work and a just transition that protects and empowers workers and communities.

The Green Party Trade Union Group stands in solidarity with workers organising for dignity, security and power in the workplace.

We would encourage all workers who want a political party that truly backs trade unionism to join the Green Party and the Green Party Trade Union Group to help build a stronger voice for workers in politics.

Unite votes to cut Labour funding by 40%.

UNISON elects Andrea Egan as general secretary.

The Greens soar past Labour in popularity amongst NEU members.

We are witnessing historic shifts in the trade union movement.

Israel drops charges against soldiers accused of abusing Gaza detainee The Israeli military's top lawyer cites "exceptional circumstances" for dropping the case involving a Palestinian man held at Sde Teiman military prison.

The BBC doesn't mention RAPE in its title to the story of all charges being dropped in Israel against the idf soldiers who gang-raped a Palestinian detainee.
Raffi Berg will approve.

Govt wants to build new homes but no infrastructure planning. That's what happens when you privatize essentials infrastructure.
