TBH I’ve also found the party more left-wing than the leader though and I think the party needs a pretty profound renewal/reorganization away from boomer politics towards 21st C progressivism.
Honestly he strikes me as “bad at politics” in the way so many of our lefty leaders are - ignorant of political economies and unable to fathom why they aren’t everyone’s favourite party.
