This got lost enough that I, at least, didn't see it. Tr*mp sues Penguin Random House for $15 billion for publishing a book that cast him in a negative light. Going after comedians is indeed terrifying. Going after publishers is at least equally terrifying.

He started recording conversations and using AI to transcribe them in the style of different writers. Which he sends to me, saying how funny they are. When I tell him I disagree, that they would be funny if he wrote them in his distinct style, he throws a multi-day tantrum.

I have a friend who tells me he's a writer. He wrote professionally at one point, but when I ask him about what he's worked on recently, it's notes he's taken from books about writing. If that's where you're at right now, awesome.
