Vocally I thought it was superb. She is not Patti, Bernadette, Angela or Ethel. She Audra fucking McDonald.
Audra McDonald is a force of nature. I was fortunate enough to be in the third row, and watching her perform up close was an incredible treat.
I really like the production’s simple yet tasteful sets, which are effective and truly enhance the storytelling
Yesterday I had the time of my life at the Majestic Theater what an outstanding performance for an outstanding musical.

Do you all remember the post-concert amnesia people were talking about during The Eras Tour? Well, I think I experienced something similar with Wicked. I can’t remember parts of the movie because my brain was overstimulated and may have processed the whole experience as a traumatic event.
