I'm in WA, where we vote by mail or drop box. I get my voters' pamphlets 3 weeks ahead, and my ballot a week later. I study up at my kitchen table and at my leisure. It's a system designed by Republicans. Everyone should be able to vote this way!

I live in Washington state, with mail in voting. I do that stuff these days just in case, but my state government wants me to vote and makes it easy for me to do it. Should be a model for the nation. FYI our system was designed by Republicans.
We, the public, are not the "we" in that sentence. The "we" is he and other rich folks selling to us at higher prices. But then, the GOP is now fully opposed to ordinary Americans and our silly little concerns.

I used to recommend the military for lots of young people - make a living, learn some stuff, grow up a little and go to college on the GI Bill. I haven't made that recommendation since 2002 and I never will again.

I don't think they believe us yet, and they certainly don't think our numbers matter. But I do think that's why the party's "review" of 2024 is still buried - it makes it clear that genocide in Israel is an issue big enough to cost elections. Remind them.
