I don't know if it's been because of my lacking the time to progress regularly or if it's because of the game's structure but I'm struggling to stay as invested in Horizon.
Thinking back on it I guess I felt similarly about Reverie too. Maybe this split path thing just isn't for me.
This scene I recall has some interesting differences with each option.

Yeah if you do damage too quickly in the Daybreak games enemies can just do that.
