I have asked staff to look into interim measures while we wait for construction to start in 2030🤞🏽. They have to wait for the Ontario Line Queen station to finish before they can start. I asked why they can’t do it in coordination and was told they can’t have two contractors digging in the same area.

To celebrate, we’ll be flying an extra-large Canadian flag in Nathan Phillips Square and lighting the Toronto sign red and white.

I am coordinating with the City Manager’s Office to address the delays and improve prioritization for major routes.
I agree. I escalated this with staff today when I noticed almost all of Sherbourne and Shuter bike lanes not cleared when those are critical cycling arteries. The sidewalks and roads were almost bare pavement clear but the bike lanes were not. I’ve asked staff to prioritize them.
