No disrespect to SEGA and Evening Star, it was their decision to part ways, but it is a shame that both the games we got as a result were rough around the edges

Superstars bc its attempts to modernize Classic Sonic made the game a slog, and Penny's Big Breakaway bc it needed more time in the oven

Have an idea for an SML AU where Mario is just normal Mario and his dynamic with Jeffy is instead like Goofy and Max in A Goofy Movie. Jeffy's also a skater kid now btw which I think is a good contrast to Mario
