Wrote a bit again
Sorry I've been absent for a while I was in a coma. I sure hope nothing happened to my favourite writers festival in Bendig, Australia while I was under.
"ChatGPT is great for brainstorming!"
Actually we have a tool for that already! It's called thinking. We use our brain. It's called brainstorming! Clue is in the name.
There is no world in which I will eat a steak full of American chemicals.

That's okay, I will be at home ! Meant to be okay on Thursday though
Blurry paper, a community green, buildings in the back and wispy clouds across a blue sky
Started to make this a habit - writing at a cafe during lunch. Starting to think I should lock in on one creative pursuit.
I feel so lucky whenever it's like that- the mood it invokes resonates with my current long-term writing/setting, and it's almost living through my own creation somehow.
Browning trees in the fog
Foggy reflections in the reservoir
Foggy reflections framed by a tree silhouette
Silhouette of a branch in the foreground, a misty river disappearing into the fog
A little fog in old Albury today
me: eating only a muffin and having 3 coffees over the course of the day
huh, wonder why i feel anxious
Two pages and one tear. Magnificent
Sun, coffee, blue sky, pen and paper
What a day for writing. What a song to do it to open.spotify.com/track/6IQgAx...

There is currently an NWS flash flood warning in effect for all five boroughs of NYC.
Oh, I don't even know if it had a title. That's just how I described it. Someone walked past and said it looked good, and I said it sure does
I was gonna get something else, but retro had a gooey triple chocolate muffin. Just had to!

Albury post office building, early morning, consumed by a thick white dog. Traffic lights glow red.
Fog along the street, disappearing the world into but dispersed lights. Wisps of winter trees hang over the road, framing the intangible forever.
It's not always like this, but I love when it is. Wouldn't want to be flying in to Albury this morning though.
Uhhh do you mean mavity?
The two higher ones were one I'd probably spent a few months on, and another I'd done recently and tried to hone down the scope.
Of those, it's probably the 652 I care more about, but it's very early days on it.
Found out about the Blue Ocean Rising Tide thing about two days before it closed, so had to sprint to collate some trailers from projects that I hadn't touched in a while, or had restarted a few times. Of the ones I submitted, got placings of 369, 399, 569 and 652.

still feeling like there's a whole untapped universe of narrative sitting on the edge of the page. nothing's inspired me as strong as tp, and the red on black association with traffic keeps popping up as a visual for my own slice of a mysterious dream world.
god, i need to write.
I have two accounts and this was my reminder that I get to block him a second time.
π We're into the FINAL 48 HOURS of #RisingTideChallenge public voting and the competition is absolutely fierce. Some of these trailers are locked in nail-biting races for a top-20 spot.

if you don't have a playlist, are you even writing?
I keep seeing reports of non-AI users being told that an AI detector has dubbed their work AI generated, and it makes me insane because:
1) AI detection tools *are themselves AI* and thus entirely bullshit; and
2) if an AI was trained on your works, of COURSE itβll flag you as sounding βlikeβ AI!
being a video game writer is literally the best job ever. which is unfortunate because it also happens to be the worst job ever
