I've redesigned those pegs multiple times and I cant tell if I hate them or not.

I suppose there's a cheaper/less intensive way to do this, but if you happen to have the same bizarre use case as me (want to make a wall of pegboard hooks where the pegs can't be removed or poke anybody in the eyes), plastic pegboard + rampa skd30 inserts + 3D printed peg + m4 screw:

then he had another story about how when he would return from R&R he would wait as long as possible to have the ice cream (the machine being fixed by then apparently) until exactly halfway until the next R&R so he would always have something to look forward to

when my dad was first aboard ship the ice cream machine was broken and his first letter home to his parents was "it's constantly swaying and there's no ice cream" which they thought was hilarious
