I’d suggest the key difference is in the terms ‘system’ & ‘systematic’. If a system uses info in the public domain it will eventually be oversubscribed & die. A systematic approach however includes nuance which is likely to be unique & protects it from over subscription.

I'm not a RaceShare owner Simon but FWIW I have La Pulga running to his current mark recently (not 21/09 over 13.1f). I suspect the issue, if there is one, is the distance. Almost a career high rating currently but apart from one run in '22 he's not run to that when going beyond 12.4f.
