Illumination Yoshi

Ditching or sizing down the huge bowling ball nose is the main way to improve the design, and the giant human hands.

It’s rather annoying the 3D models still aren’t reflecting how he looks in the most recent 2D artwork. I hate to say, but even Illumination’s design looks better than game Yoshi.

I think I would’ve been more excited for this game had they gone all the way and gave Yoshi a redesign closer to his Wonder look to signify we’re in a new era instead of getting more of the same.

In the original GameCube version of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, the Glitz Pit greeter Toad always bites his tongue after Chapter 3 is over. In the Switch version, this was made into an Easter egg, whereby he always has a small chance of biting his tongue instead.

Don’t think The Mysterious Book is really gonna have a main villain since the whole plot is just about collecting monsters in a book for Mr. E.
