^ this, ICMP is not configured correctly. Only the name is correct.
I also highly recommend moving SSH off 22 ports, your server logs will be much more usable without filtering for ssh attempts 😅

Hmm... hetzner firewall is explicit that it's the default, only explicitly allowed rules are allowed by default. Maybe you mean another place?
