To be a good negotiator, you must be able to understand the internal motivations of the other side. You must be able to put yourself in their shoes. As a narcissistic sociopath, Trump completely lacks that capacity. He can only cut deals when he can force them, confusing extortion for negotiation.

Another tactic of fascism is to have masked police kidnapping people off the streets. That’s a more pressing issue at the moment than his long term plan to undermine our collective identity. Let’s collectively make sure he doesn’t have a long term in power to do anything.

Joining the long list of “grave concerns” about having an erratic, incompetent, dishonest, and deeply corrupt individual as chief executive of the most powerful nation on earth. With all due respect, his view on museums is the least of our worries.
