if it counts: pub-search.waow.tech is a fully open source standard.site search engine with a public API and MCP. so any code can ask it (keyword or semantic) "is there atmospheric writing about <foo>?" and display results wherever they want

i don't have much ow-level background (wrote some C in undergrad physics research) and currently maintain oss python dev tools (which are being eaten by rust w pyo3 etc)
it seems like itd be significantly less (1/3 or so) _if_ they both were at steady state... but i have some unhappy sawtooth pattern going on in both places. still working on which knobs need turning, and if the zig impl is missing something entirely
