A photo of the proof, open to a page depicting a transgender man amidst a crowd of hands, with a violently gaping wound where his uterus would be. He is overlaid with Polaroid photos depicting a dog barking in place of his head, and a burnt photo depicting a chest that has glowing top surgery scars and a cowering hand. He has two sets of hands: one wielding a glowing fireplace poker, and the other bound by his waist with a dog collar. The piece is very starkly colored in black, white, red and yellow, and is in a style indicative of mid-century propaganda posters.
A book spread open to a two-page illustration of a gargantuan quadrupedal creature with large flaps of skin raised by automated mechanical hooks. Similar automated blades sever the raised skin, dripping orange blood. Despite the excess skin being cut away, the creature is covered in loose, dripping folds of skin, threaded with bulging veins. It's neck is elongated, and it has a shrunken, misshapen human head. It's eyes are sunken and its nose two slits, while its tongue hangs limply out of its mouth, as though it is a panting dog. It is surrounded by fibrous aliens that resemble neurons. Its pose suggests that it is directing the procedure.
