Make it absolutely illegal for the underage to use devices connected to the internet and send their parents to JAIL for allowing them to do so, instead of tracking the living hell out of everyone on it. TMS is my absolute favorite Japanese studio, their works for western series indeed stood out so much for me. I wasn't even into animation back then and I could right away tell there was a huge difference between their TinyToons/Animaniacs episodes and those made by other studios.
