If you like Mahjong, this is a really good way to play! It's got cute characters and fun extra mechanics (dirtbag mode), and you can just play some regular riichi mahjong if you want.

we had a similar but much simpler tool for dirtbag mahjong, to let the writers preview what dialogue would look like in-game without having to learn how to use godot. the exported files contain the appropriately formatted script, ready for use in the main game.

the game comes with an interactive tutorial for people who've never played before, as well as a text guide! we've been told it's pretty accessible to new players
vren's story route specifically also does not require you to win games so it's fairly beginner-friendly
