deleted all 3 of the art posts so that i don't get random like notifs because someone happened to look up a keyword.
also disabling like notifs and, probably most notifs other than Conversation
then back to Not Being Here.

this choice is probably just a drop in the ocean, but I generally do not like it here, and I don't see any strong *need* to be here either (I have a job now so I no longer need to look to art for income)
the more i think about it, i'd rather not be the reason someone decides this platform is worth being on. so i will not be posting here anymore (except for updates regarding personal website, maybe). i will also not be checking here much but you can dm me if you'd like to stay in touch elsewhere.
okay, new personal policy.
if i am following someone, and i see any unmarked nsfw images from them (either an original post or an RT) i will unfollow them and report the post in question.
("NSFW images" mostly being, uh. in FA terms, the "Adult" rating)
oh... that's cock... that's unwarned cock on my timeline...
i still hate this damn site
the topic does remind me of when i was new on bsky and, whenever i saw someone with a non-bsky-social handle, would type the handle into my address bar to see if there was a personal site there. (usually there wasn't, unless the domain was under e.g. Neocities.)
i saw the sol bugs and my brain had the audacity to say "Sol-low Knight: Hilkhong"
Nil essentially *is* lua's undefined - any errors about nil are usually due to invalid operations (e.g. 4 + nil). It is possible to set up metatables to error when reading a nil value though (e.g. if you misspelled a name)
implications of Big Tail: when shapeshifting into a form with less tail (fuckig bnuuy), the mass is redistributed
my tail as about as long and fat as my body, soooo...
I wouldn't be surprised if their living situation doesn't permit voicing it themself tbh
I don't know if this is truly the case for them (I don't even know who), and it's not really my business, but I /have/ been there
nope; it seems interesting but I'm not sure how much I'd mess with it. using sprites as "bones" seems like it'd help the workload though
maybe, but my fear if i go that route is i'll then have to learn to model instead
(but then i might be able to rotoscope it?)
i also have some Pixel Graphics Tricks i want to integrate into a fighty but looking slick comes with a price i think
i have been Thinking about my fighty in the back of my head but my no. 1 inhibition is i'll probably have to do all the animations myself
now i'm curious *which* dance :P
off the top of my head there is the fists-together one and the one with the cane
the sprite is also Larger Than Average and based on a 3D model, tbf
this is true and factual (but the c is silent)
we seem to take turns fattening up to pin each other
squeaky orca... sqrka even
this is so gender actually, I might spontaneously shapeshift again
the Menacing Criture.
i usually like to "half-assume" 60fps; it can also be backed by delta time (you can calculate how many ticks should happen in the time that builds up, but it might be worth turning this mechanism off if the game can tell it's not needed)
but in lockstep/rollback, a hiccup propogates to peers anyway
can you tack the .ics link onto the main thread too so it's easier to find?
"Is this a new thing?" it would have been a new thing in last November at the latest (I sent a link to you back then)
yeah, that's part of why i Don't Post A Lot here...
I'm pretty picky, if I feel a post needs a cw and there isn't any, i won't interact; but CWs aside, i don't think i owe anyone a Squeaky Clean TL (they can curate their own TLs i'm sure)
(masto/AP has its own worms, but it *does* have custom cws)
hmm, i'm biased towards "one account but use CWs judiciously" but bluesky doesn't really have proper CWs (esp. for text)... using consistent keywords/tags should let users mute stuff they're not into though
i thiiink i'm a little self conscious about this internally? i don't consider follows sacred but entering a raffle would challenge that in a way i don't like, moreso if i'm not following OP. don't wanna be That Guy
and abandoning the platform is effectively an unfollow, no? i'm not attached to bsky
i agree
i also have a wip figura pear, but no good screenshots handy...
step one: eat bubble fruit seeds
step two: drink water
mood though, I've barely played RW
and playing pokΓ©mon implies playing nintendo games (kinda expensive)

please imagine this in a monospace font: [Did You Know? Amphimorpho tummy is soft and squishy like memory foam. You can find some tummy at the Udon]
I think I'm the opposite, I try to keep my individual commits relatively atomic (that is, one "main change" at a time)
And then usually push multiple commits at once
