My boiler location was being moved so they had to put in new pipework too.

So my scenario might be more ‘worst case’.

Last time I had a boiler changed it was 2 people and it took about 5-6 hours.

- remove old one
- power flush system
- install new one
- refill system, get air out (took ages)
- collision and test

That was an oil boiler too, not gas.
