Saw Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire this afternoon and I enjoyed it. Saw Godzilla X Kong last weekend which I also enjoyed but I felt more of an emotional connection to the story in Ghostbusters; and frankly I liked the villain in Ghostbusters more.
Here's a grim Monsterverse movie idea. The outer Earth is devastated by some global kaiju event and the survivors of humanity have to retreat to the hollow Earth.

Godzilla X Kong is a worthy addition to the Monsterverse. If they make another entry I'd like to see something more Godzilla-centric; maybe with an invader from space.
