Depending on how long the event is, you may need Level 3 as well. And a lot of demand response. Imagine 50k EV's going to a football game in Lincoln, NE. Many travelling 200 miles or more to get there. That is a huge load on city infrastructure at one time.
Level 3 is mostly only needed for road trips. And like you said, destination level 2 at motels.

I'm not sure if the average Dem or even the average climate type has really caught on to the fact that ALL the big money guys in DC are absolutely banking on a huge renaissance of natural gas demand. They are looking at more gas, more pipelines, more more more, with no upper limit. They're giddy.

Lots of other choices. Mistral, Lumo are two that I started using. Both European and have stricter privacy standards and probably use servers that have less carbon footprint.
