They are triangular cookies typically filled with preserves (I used peach and strawberry). I also made savory ones with caramelized onions & feta cheese.

I also made savory hamantaschen! These are feta & caramelized onion filled. They didn’t hold together as well as a few years ago. I realized I forgot to seal them with egg white this time around. It’s fine. They are delicious! (We ate some right out of the oven. Yum!) #Purim
