Trump is basically telling oil companies to go play chicken in a war zone.
Three commercial ships were just hit and any competent president would’ve known the risk before pushing tankers into the Strait of Hormuz.
Instead, we got: “I think they should use the strait.”
Trump for his entire life has believed he could BS his way out of anything. He's now discovering that he can't BS his way out of war and its consequences.
If you are a reporter and you ask Trump a question where he has to think about the answer, he just insults you. That means it was probably a good and important question.
To the "I didn't vote for this" folks. You voted for a convicted felon. A twice-impeached president. A man found liable for sexual abuse, who tried to overthrow an election. And now gas prices are surging, we're at war, and soldiers are coming home in coffins. This is what you voted for. All of it.
