🥀 Starmer is indeed powerless to stop our people-powered movement replacing his failed Labour Party.

😡 But savage? Nah, we are here for people and planet.

Though the billionaires may want to watch out... 👀

🔵 Ilkley Tories want LESS parking enforcement in the town, despite residents and businesses calling for action on illegal and dangerous parking.

🟢 Green councillors proposed stronger enforcement but the Conservatives voted against Green plan.

➡️ For action on illegal parking, vote Green on May 7th.

Bradford District Green Party graphic featuring a large quote attributed to Cllr Matt Edwards. The background shows a blurred image of a councillor speaking inside Bradford’s council chamber, with ornate arches and a chandelier visible above. At the top, the heading reads “Bradford Green Party Councillors”. The overlaid quote says Bradford residents have been let down by both Labour and the Conservatives, stating that Conservative government cuts removed millions of pounds from councils like Bradford, while Labour locally ignored warning signs and allowed the council’s finances to spiral towards crisis. It adds that the current Labour government is still not doing enough to ensure places like Bradford receive the funding needed for essential services. The quote is framed by green quotation marks. At the bottom, the name “Cllr Matt Edwards” appears, alongside the Bradford District Green Party logo and small promotional imprint text.

Reaching net zero by 2050 ‘cheaper for UK than one fossil fuel crisis’ Climate change committee finds move to renewable energy would also bring health, economic and security benefits

Our dependency on fossil fuels makes us vulnerable. Wars across the world are pushing up prices for households in the UK.

Why keep waiting for the next crisis? We need to transition to clean power as fast as we can to protect people and our economy.
