Totally. Pisses me off that the media only talks about oil prices. It's affecting much more than oil. It's the bigger picture that's being ignored.
It's almost the busy season for intl shipping & it's going to be a disaster. Prices for everything will soar.
From my friend still in intl shipping: Asia-Europe cargo is being forced around the Cape of Good Hope. That's not a detour. That's a complete route restructure. 10-14 additional days at sea minimum. Congestion piling up at every transshipment hub (Singapore, Colombo, Algeciras)

The wildlife behavior has really changed in the last 20 years as they've lost habitat. They've always used my driveway to get from the front greenbelt to the back greenbelt. I tested for law enforcement & got on hire lists. Glad now it didn't happen. Proud to have passed though. 🙂
I don't anymore. The rabbits & deer have destroyed everything I used to grow.
Chased these guys away from my roses more than once today
1:52pm it was complete deer chaos all afternoon today. Never seen deer bite & chase each other til today.

Terro is my savior. I also sprayed all around the outside of my house with a mixture of vinegar & water so the ants can't smell any kind of scent trail their ant scouts put down to follow.
You're right by my sister's! I can't see those things getting through that area without creating a traffic mess.
Been there. Used Terro Ant Killer liquid & spray. They come back in waves as their eggs hatch. Such a pain, but I didn't need to hire an exterminator. Good luck!
