Sometimes I really hate support chat... I tell the agent I've already done everything and something bigger is going on to please escalate the issue to higher support team, yet they still try to get me to do everything I already did for the next 40 minutes and I keep having to say PLEASE ESCALATE.

After a bit of back and forth they unbanned me.
Toranoana banned my 10+ year old account because I added an address of a different forwarding service they apparently don't approve of. I'm so annoyed. Like why not just not allow the user to add the address when trying to do so!? To allow it and then ban the user is insanely messed up.

The Pokemon Cafe seriously needs to implement a non-refundable deposit to book a reservation imo. The amount of bots that just snag up spots for scalping is insane. There's no fee for cancelling, so bots just grab every single spot and cancel them if they don't sell.
