Don’t forget the lack of backwards compatibility. Need to access presets from CS-80 V3 in V4? Nope. Not even an option with a “this might sound weird” warning.
Also, their plugins structure is a mess of tiny loose PNG files. They don’t even bother to pack them up.

REAPER. It has a WinRAR-esque free trial. You can keep using it for however long you want but you'll get a nag screen on boot that goes away after 5 seconds. You really should pay for it once you get enough money, though.

Now, I've no idea about budgets but I do know that (some of? all of?) the people Sound System made "Air Guitar" (store.steampowered.com/app/1623390/...) which did have well known artists. Red Octane's game has Embracer funding it so I assume it will have, at a minimum, a comparable setlist to this.
I've been trying to think of a good answer. I don't know about Fret Smasher because it seems to be a PC exclusive game. That one is confusing for sure. The ROG project is confirmed to be releasing for consoles and I think Sound System too, which is great for those that don't have or want a PC.
Private equity will consume this industry until there’s nothing left. This is a tremendous loss and its consequences will be dire.

Hey there, saw this post in a Guitar Hero feed. I’d suggest refunding the Cronus Zen and running BadUpdate (easy pseudo-soft mod type thing) so you don’t have to spend money or, alternatively, getting a RetroCultMods MiniHost adapter if you want something hassle free.
