The current Labour Party is anti-trans, anti-justice and anti-democratic.
It is getting harder and harder to see it as worth saving. Every single day of this torment only deepens my anger.

The Secretary of State for Health, Wes Streeting, has made it clear he’s going to manufacture the evidence base and move the goalposts for as long as it takes to make sure trans people don’t get the healthcare we need as long as he’s in post.
I can confirm this gets easier when I remember to turn off "eye-care" mode (not by much mind…)

I've just spent close to 2 hours debugging why my microphone on my mac desktop wasn't working (a Yeti Blue - pre Logitech).
Anxiety inducing at the level 11. It was something related to ghost logi software lurking and not releasing the USB device even though I wasn't using the logitech software.
There are a lot of things wrong with this. (Like a lot of things).
But what stood out to me was "llms don't feed and validate narcissists". Like they absolutely do? These things feed you back exactly what you wanna hear. By design.
Don't use ai for therapy. Full stop. Don't do it.
