Definitely unintuitive that ACT uses CEEB but I’m glad they’re one less ID floating out there!
I haven’t used it yet, but I know some kind folks put together a crosswalk between CEEB codes (which I believe are what ACT uses) and NCES school IDs at github.com/UCBoulder/ce...
Somehow, I managed to score 2 goals off of throw-ins and 1 the normal way. (I played sweeper/defense.)
In middle school, I scored more soccer goals with my hands (via throw-ins) than I did with my feet
I’m not an expert (grew up in NC but no longer live there), but I think this should fall squarely within the margin where a candidate can request a recount (which I think is 0.5% for statewide offices and within 1% otherwise)

A serious oversight on my part. Second only to my missing that apparently some publications stylize it as LeisureTowne (I presume the trademark is still being processed)!

As expected, the annual benchmark revisions sharply lowered estimates of job growth in earlier months. BLS now says we added just 181,000 jobs in 2025, down from the earlier estimate of 584,000. #NumbersDay
If you know the moral thing for an organization to do, feels important to state it, even if you recognize that the org likely won't do it. We should recognize the way that powerful orgs historically capitulated to censorship and suppression. Shame only works when we remember the transgressions.
