The judge, clearly moved by 20 people turning up in person alongside 20 online, ruled entirely in Lud’s favor with low bond.
Update to come when he is home. The team is optimistic about his hearing in May.

When you think about how many trans people, how many people of color, and how many women are on the organizing side of community spaces.
This isn't even about attendees. This is about your events being able to run at all.
I know it's a long shot, but I hope everything going on with Lud serves as a sobering reminder of why politics in community spaces, especially niche communities, are important. At any moment, there are politicians and their police deciding people in your community cannot be a part of ANY community.
Local paper ran a story about Ludovic's detention by ICE. Seeing the photos of his empty apartment with trophies from tournaments I attended or watched gives it all another dimension. This guy has a life, friends and did everything he was asked to do.
Abolish and prosecute is the bare minimum.

Old Beyerdynamic join plates for the headband and headband base. All four pieces suffered fractured, some even through the bolt points. On the outward facing plates, there was fragmenting along the point where the headband base passes through, which appeared prior to final failures.
