So…you want me to ditch all the supporting data and give you a summary of one or two sentences for each of the twelve sections of the real business plan?
Better yet, give it to me in five slides.
Sometimes I feel like saying, “Go to Vegas instead.”
Imagine investing hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars and being unwilling to read a detailed 80 page fully source-referenced business plan designed to answer your questions and reduce your risk.
I use Looker because, as my client informs me, the investors they deal with don’t like to read data tables or anything longer than five pages.
#AI #LLMs don’t make us smarter. They increase the velocity of ignorance, and the resultant impact.
Case in point: I spent a couple of hours this week pulling together actual U.S. census data into Looker that showed the market size was 2x larger than ChatGPT told my client it was.

I think some people assume that ChatGPT equalizes everyone’s skill sets and knowledge.
What they may not realize is that ChatGPT and other LLMs are like owning the same car, but some people are more accident prone and less aware.
That makes outcomes much different.
And you know, it’s not even due to some gaming of the system. I believe it’s just a legit factor of so many people who are enthusiastic about the movies and also being a big part of the Venn diagram overlap of cinemaphiles who also have Letterboxd accounts.
It was stunning coming back from Europe yesterday and transferring through a U.S. airport.
In Europe, the customs and immigration people are…normal people. Normal voices, courteous.
Get to the U.S. and wow… they all act like they’re prison guards.
