Remembering there was a thread on Reddit about some white queers being concerned about moving to Campsie because they thought it wasnโt queer friendly. Itโs true there is a decent cohort there who donโt understand or approve of queerness, but also nobody cares enough to harass anybody about it.

Campsie is like 30% cheaper for equivalent properties than Dulwich Hill for reasons I canโt fathom except for demographic mix (there are more poor non-white people in Campsie).
Yeah, thereโs often a weird white saviourship complex with these types and they often underestimate the importance of connecting the children to their birth cultures.
