It was lovely to meet you Duncan. You are very kind. I’m glad the message landed - the well-being of our workforce is at such a critical juncture. Take care, S
Really pleased to have launched this today at @ascl-uk.bsky.social.
Please do share/engage - we're hoping to build a national resource which shares examples of good practice that exist in the system.

He did. I’ve been banging on about counterproductive efficiency drives and their relationship to reduced teacher self-efficacy and job satisfaction. His thoughtfulness in exploring purpose is super-helpful.
Well worth a read. Thank you.
This will be an excellent session - join us if you can.

Love this Sam! Brilliant x
I’ve been genuinely shocked by the resurgence and casual usage of homophobic language over the past couple of years. Given that my baseline for comparison is Ireland in the 1980s, that’s quite a threshold.

The hallmark of an open mind is refusing to let your ideas become your identity.
If you define yourself by your opinions, questioning them is a threat to your integrity.
If you see yourself as a curious person or a lifelong learner, changing your mind is a moment of growth.

Really enjoyed this conversation and pleased to be working with more colleagues in Scotland.
Shout out to the team at my twin daughters' pre-school who put on the most amazing nativity play and really helped my girl achieve something amazing. As an SEN parent I have unending gratitude for their patience, encouragement and faith. 🙏
