I dont have anything to post but I *am* working on things and Im planning to start streaming again, should be doing so 2-3 times a week, still working on a schedule but will update when i get that fixed

(mostly posting this to post something today, because i dont think ill have anything else lol)

again sorry for the wall of text, I don't get asked about this stuff often, if I may return that, what was your experience with the familiar you mentioned?

Psy was absolutely obsessed with melding flesh and metal, he toyed with the souls of creatures like they were dough, watching him work was exceptional. I honestly am not sure if he had an end goal, I think he just liked the process of creation

as for their own personality, they were quite manipulative. They treated most with very little respect, however to me I was a sort of exception. Because of the way that my body was, and my eagerness to let them experiment on me, I got a bit of a pass on the harshness

a lot of the more civilian stuff was prosthetics or custom gear, but the side I saw most often were the beasts or animals that were "redesigned" for a specific purpose, things like caravan pullers, or contest fighting beasts.

as for psy though, what are you interested in hearing about? depending on how deep you want to get I may request us move to dms but i am happy to share about them -A

for a brief explanation on them as an individual, they ran a company town that had focus on creating bio-machinery.

Though it is more nuanced, the easiest way I can describe it would say that the different alters hold different memories, and therefore individual opinions, tastes, and perspectives. only recently have we discovered we work like this, and been able to actually communicate with each other

I mean it in both the sense of DID (dissociative identity) and the machine connection, we (misk.system) connect to the feeling partially because of the split consciousness

Though we have considered if psy is an alter, we have mostly decided they are probably not

So we have memories of an ex loved one (psy) who seemingly never existed, there is no way to prove they had conscious thought, or if they did exist, just very vivid memories of nights with them

Angel wrote the piece, I am not sure why they left out the name psy, they didn’t share that with me, the person who doesn’t exist anymore would be psy

Angel holds the memories for when we lived in the plains, though most of the alts have access to the memories, Angel feels the most tethered to them

For the explanation when I use, “we” I mean my body and the systems shared experiences, I is in reference to the alter who is currently typing (Nox) Angel is the alter who wrote the piece you are commenting about, and the person being asked about has been given a temp name “psy” as in psychic

Oh I see what you are asking, to make the explanation easier I’m going to clarify a few terms the way I use them in my head

I suppose a better way to put it is that they only ever existed for me but not to anyone else, and that’s a sad thought

In the sense that I don’t know how or where I met them, when I was still in the belief that they were an actual being I could visit they felt like a person to me (sapient being not human lol) but because I’m now atheist (and can’t seem to find anything of my old ties to religion) they didn’t exist

on the note of asking for descriptions though, the idea that im going for w Tannith is a heavily cybernetically modded dimension-walker, though the images i have dont do it justice. I like the idea of the internet being a literal portal, a transfer of data to get you to the "world" you want to visit
