Clown car digital policy. This part did make me laugh:
"The federal cabinet could instead 'bring into force' rules for AI chatbots at a later date, according to the document, 'after sufficient consultation and regulatory design.'"
It's almost as if the fall's faux AI consultations...didn't count?

Trumpโs second-term pardons are historic in their enormityโbillions in fines erased, allies protected, donors rewarded, DOJ undermined, and election norms threatened. Corruption looks less like an exception and more like the rule, says Dan Greenberg.

We need your drone interceptors for our war, but we wonโt thank you and our propaganda will claim that we made them.
Itโs fine for Russia to use drones to freeze out your population โ by the way, can you give us your drone defenses? This is the actual US position.

Actin filaments are colour-coded according to their position along the z-axis, revealing the three-dimensional organization and continuity of the apical actin cortex across neighbouring cells. "Russian flu," the pandemic that hit in 1977, bears an evolutionary signature of having emerged from a lab, perhaps as part of a failed vaccine effort. Covid, mpox, Ebola, and other influenza pandemics don't. Here's my story on a new way to trace the origins of pandemics. Gift link: nyti.ms/46N0W33
