He just said that he doesn’t know of any instance of MPD violating the Sanctuary Values Act in the last 6 months. This reporting is from today:
This immigrant with no criminal record reported his car stolen to police.
He got a call saying MPD found his car and telling him to get it from Fifth District.
ICE was in Fifth District and detained him.
He spent the holidays in a detention center away from family because of MPD-ICE cooperation.
