Thatβs very kind. Thank you.
The series are all stand alone but do read best in order so Iβd go with The Cornish Village School - Breaking the Rules, if lighthearted romcom is something you enjoy π
My first post here, so I thought I'd make it about 2 things that have shaped my life #MECFS & #photography. For the past 3 years I've been photographing other people who also have ME, & I was delighted when @wellcomecollection.bsky.social published a selection

Thanks so much for sharing, Tony π
Thank you.
Iβm sure it will too. π But as you know, ME has a way of teaching you not to sweat the small stuff too much.
Thank you so much. Iβm sitting waiting at the moment and trying not to be too nervous or say stupid stuff - the latter is pretty much a given π
Am at BBC Radio Bristol today, chatting all about how my ME/Cfs ultimately led to me becoming a published author.
Will be on the lunchtime show, live at 12. Do tune in if you can but Iβll drop a link in the comments for listen again a bit later π
Exactly what @lilacmills.bsky.social said. X
So this landed today. π₯°
The thing with ME, and many invisible illnesses I imagine, is that you will only see people on their very best days. This is a little reminder that not everything is always as it seems.

Itβs that time of year to cosy up with festive reads and if you love a little bit of romance then Every Day In December could be just what youβre looking for.
Check out all its reviews on Amazon and Goodreads and see if you fall in love as hard as Belle and Rory do β€οΈπβ€οΈ
All these would have been βWokeβ or βPCβ in their time

Universal education (1870)
Decriminalisation of homosexual acts (1967)
Women owning property (1880)
Right to Vote (1918)
Regulation of child labour (1933)
Etc
How would the anti-woke of today have voted?

Bright red book cover with 1920's gold detailing and character images for No 23 Burlington Square by Jenni Keer.
Iβve just finished this and loved every minute of it. There are so many beautiful little moments in this sliding doors story; add in some clever twists, great historical detail and a light, deft touch that causes the pages to race by and you have a truly joyful life-affirming read.
My review of No. 23 Burlington Square by Jenni Keer. Set in London in the 1920's, its a 'Sliding Doors' scenario set in a London boarding house. I loved it and definitely recommend.

My new website is now up and running. Itβs not perfect but itβs mine and I love it. The fact I even have books that Iβve written to put on a website is an achievement in itself.
Please take a look and spread the word, thanks!

Happy National Authorβs Day. Who are your absolute must-read authors? I have SO many I canβt even list them but I bet we share a few. Let me know who you love to read.

My current #audiobook.
I donβt often listen to #non-fiction, because I love getting lost in a story, but this is fabulous. Iβve only just started but Iβm already completely addicted. Has anyone else read/listened/loved?
