This would be handy during Anomalies, Trust me ill definitely use it, maybe once or twice a year.
I like it as a temp option, maybe reducing how many times you can get it per year, or maybe once per series.

The Perth Anomaly in June was one of my favourite events! Not only was it my first time going to Perth! The rule change got me to see alot of the play area of the city and got to hang out with so many awesome people!
