As you open the hangar doors, you're greeted by two Timestriker soldiers, time traveling mutant creatures hellbent on eradicating the human race, and also a neat little armored vehicle on tank treads. You don't take kindly to these assholes messing up the flow of time so you bring your trusty double-barreled shotgun and blow the head off of one of the troopers while the other is standing there frozen in the background and kinda questioning his mutant life choices. One of the obvious cool features of this game is the dismemberment system where you can even shoot off limbs, causing the enemies to change tactics depending on if you shot off the hand that was holding the weapon and so on. I'm playing the 2022 Remastered version simply because it was much easier to play it high resolutions and show off its cool chunky graphics.

Since there are timey-wimey shenanigans going on, you discover that the Timestrikers have visited us in various moments in history so you travel to ancient Egypt and deep in some catacombs filled with upright sarcophagusseeses and walls covered in colorful hieroglyphs you meet a beastly beast man straight out of He-Man with a fluffy mane, morning star and shield in hand, slowly walking towards you. Clearly he's never seen a double-barreled shotgun being pointed to his face so he's in for a surprise! Also I gotta mention, Chasm has a pretty great shotgun as far as old FPS weapons go and being able to blow off a limb or head from an enemy with it makes it feel that much more awesome.

Standing on a broken bridge within a hellish castle where the floor is lava and the walls are covered in ornate depictions of a bull's head, warmly lit by the scorching hot soup beneath your feet while beautiful moody clouds cover the skies. It feels like it's time for some rippin' and-a tearin'.

The inner grounds of a medieval castle with one corner of it being arranged as a small graveyard with a nice tree and a wooden crucifix on the wall with a floating key next to it. It seems you've arrived at an awkward time where most of the occupants have risen from their graves, annoyed at your trespassing and yelling at you to leave. Turns out they're organizing an orgy, redefining the meaning of the term "boning".
