Many people chase absolute chaos. Stuff that doesn’t allow you to jump back on the treadmill that is life and still have all your shit together.
An example:
Working your job, not raging every weekend, can get boring. You can change that by going on vacation or taking a remote work staycation in a sunny destination, maybe even a roadtrip somewhere for a weekend, a theatre play, or other local events
Stable adding excitement.
When you equate stable and regulated as boring, you are subconsciously going to see the opposite of stable and regulated as negative.
The opposite of stability isn’t exciting. The opposite of stable is unstable. Instability equates to chaos.
The opposite of exciting is boring. Boring can be converted to exciting in safe, logical, and moral ways.
In today’s society, a lot of people are equating stability with boring, going as far to look at stability as the opposite of exciting.
I don’t shop at Target. I’ll accept the inconvenience and spend my dollars elsewhere.
