I don’t trust any science saying one poop a day is healthy.

That one poop a day is not evacuating your system.

How can I be so sure?

When you get diarrhea, and you haven’t done anything different in your diet, where did all that extra poop and water rushing out of your body come from?

Man, the West is soft as fuck. Those people fought in the fucking Crusades.

America has been beating the stick over its enemies for generations, they might crash out to send a message that they can.

Real talk, I can't be a firefighter anymore because of complications from a bad round of Covid-19. It reduced my lung capacity and essentially gave me exercise induced asthma. We are just now starting to come to terms with the long term consequences of this illness. "It's just a cold" nah dawg

Never feel bad for not drinking, keeping a schedule, getting sleep, planning your fun, and not just going with the sound of the music.

Many people chase absolute chaos. Stuff that doesn’t allow you to jump back on the treadmill that is life and still have all your shit together.

An example:

Working your job, not raging every weekend, can get boring. You can change that by going on vacation or taking a remote work staycation in a sunny destination, maybe even a roadtrip somewhere for a weekend, a theatre play, or other local events

Stable adding excitement.

When you equate stable and regulated as boring, you are subconsciously going to see the opposite of stable and regulated as negative.

The opposite of stability isn’t exciting. The opposite of stable is unstable. Instability equates to chaos.

The opposite of exciting is boring. Boring can be converted to exciting in safe, logical, and moral ways.

In today’s society, a lot of people are equating stability with boring, going as far to look at stability as the opposite of exciting.

I don’t shop at Target. I’ll accept the inconvenience and spend my dollars elsewhere.

Fucking fascist capitalist pigs.

I'm still boycotting Target. I don't care how much Target paid these so-called "leaders" to end the boycott. I'm done.

NOBODY - even those here "without papers" - should receive the kind of treatment that #WesleyPowers - an American citizen - did.

Noem may now be gone, but the cruelty and brutalizing remain.

When your muscles are aching and burning, the extra reps at the end of the workout are the ones that really lock in your gains.

After a long day of mentally stimulating work when your brain is exhausted, you put on trash reality TV and absorb nonsense and lock that into your brain.

I don’t have to listen to you and even the really smart ones I challenge their rhetoric and ideas.

You do need to listen.

I’ve seen how you draft and who you feel good about coming into the league.

I’m drafting in February with flag plants i’ve been thinking of since the start of 2025ms season.

Many of you don’t know how long i’ve been around.

Mike Reiss’s intern was Field Yates

Denny and JJ said goodbye to rotoworld for an unnamed passion poop project

You drafted a RB in the 1st round, ALWAYS, unless you had the 1.01 so you drafted Antonio Brown.

Broke: We didn’t spend extra time at the airport

Woke: We’re anxious, mentally drained from worry, physically tired from running through the terminal, and since we boarded last we have to check our carry-ons, so we actually spend that “saved time” at the baggage claim in the destination city.

11.03.2026 12:07 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0

Dad being anxious and determined to be at the airport and settled 2 hours before flight time is a common comedic trope in the West.

As if being anxious the entire time you’re heading to the gate because they’ve started boarding and you’re in a long af queue, is normal.

Something I don’t understand as a man and an immigrant:

Americans trying to prove a point of privilege that they leave last minute to go to major travel (train/planes).

It’s an arrogance of Western opulence.
