More 30 Days, marionberry Willow regular length….
A few looks from a quiet 30 days, and my cold weather closet finally works for me

W& 9x9–given our AM wake-up temps have been anywhere from -8°F to 0°F during the challenge I have 2-3 warm base layers underneath that aren’t intended as style but as survival!

One more thought: in case you’re interested, I posted in the woolies Beyond the Basics with more info and had discussions/recommendations with those interested in doing similar with pockets (and shared some challenges I ran across) and dealing with the pleat in Willow that can affect narrowing.

I only wore marine Cam as a slip layer so it was a good one to start with. I did a ton of pocket experimenting on a clearance knit fabric first (stitches, tension, etc) and would highly recommend that. For sure: lots of ironing and basting before final stitching!
Welcome Willa! Legacy Willow becomes a top! Last fall I replaced it with the redesign (which I LOVE) and was going to send this off to BST…but since a marine Morgan no longer exists, and I already own this, here we are! #simplyenough #wooland #wool.and
I mean the tencel and the Maggie narrower—marine is just right but it took a lot of deconstruction/reconstruction.

Altering what I already have makes these fit me better and feel new — now I like them even more and will get more comfort and wear from them! Sewn pockets, narrowed marine Camellia. #wooland #simplyenough
