What many don't understand is that #DEI *is* meritocracy. The next Einstein could be white, black, woman, poor, rich, or trans, and we don't want to pass on them just be caused those who rise to the top are 80% white dudes.
I really like this article about #AI for #MRI acceleration. There is a dramatic lack of evidence that AI products actually help in the clinical practice. It's easy to make pretty images, but are they useful at all?
