Fieldwork started last week for the St. Lawrence Estuary Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) for whales project! We deployed our hydrophone and now the team's gathering from all over for the DAS setup.🤞 the interrogator makes it in time!

I've worked with fishermen before, but have never lived their reality. Now I took a few days off my thesis work. As someone who works to mitigate conflicts between human activities and whales, this feels like a must.

In Fall, a proposal that a colleague and I brewed and developed with collaborators for almost 2 years, was submitted.
In January, to avoid losing the graduate studies grant I'd gotten to work on this proposed project, I took a leap of faith and left my 5 years fulltime job to start a MSc.
Fair! Although in the eventuality of it being a bot reposting fresh Radio-Canada articles with links to said articles, to me it seems the result is the same, as it brings news from a reliable newspaper on this platform.
It is strictly sharing news strictly from the website, the same ways the other news are. It's also linking the website in their Profil and is followed by other newspapers in the list. Though I don't know how else to verify.

I was not aware about this web: allows you to find journals impact factors, quartiles, journal rankings, etc., but also conferences ranking, meetings, workshops, etc. Quite useful
